- Will I have to pay for the delivery of my goods?
No. We provide free delivery to any registered address in Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. You only pay for printing. - How will you deliver my goods?
All goods are delivered by our appointed courier services or by our own. Printing Terminal only works with reliable courier services that have good track records. - Which areas does your delivery service cover?
Our appointed courier service provider delivers to all states in Malaysia. - Does Printing Terminal guarantee on time delivery of my goods?
While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to our clients, we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service. - What should I do if I don't receive my orders on time?
Contact our Customer Service at email to sales@printingterminal.com. Tell us the problem and we'll try to sort it out as soon as possible.
FAQ on Payment
- Shall I pay deposit before Printing Terminal proceeds with printing works?
Yes, you need to pay 50% of the total amount before we start printing. You may pay the rest of 50% upon delivery of the goods. - How do I pay to Printing Terminal?
Maybank2u is a one of our payment gateway that allow you to direct transfer your payment to our Maybank account. If you have a Maybank either saving account or current account you can direct transfer your credit into our account then we will receive your payment just in few second after you clicked.
Our Maybank account number is 5623 9300 3104 and account holder is PRINTING TERMINAL ENTERPRISE.

Send your payment slip to sales@printingterminal.com stating your name, product and contact no. Or you may SMS your name, product and contact no to 012-3693320 once you have made payment.
